    Product Details

    It can be widely used in flame retardant of Polypropylene homopolymer and low ethylene content(8%) PP Copolymer.

    With a low volume of addition(1-2%) and excellent performance of resisting plate-out, it is unnecessary to add antimonous

    oxide. The PP should be used to socket, Automobile  corrugated pipe, framework of electric appliance and shell of fan heater.


    I. Main Features

    1. Reaching UL94 V-2 of flame retardant rating with low volume of addition: 1.0-1.5% of Polypropylene homopolymer, 2.0-3.0%

    of low ethylene content PP Copolymer.

    2. Talcum powder, Barium sulfate and other inorganic filler(10-20%) are optional as additions.

    3. Antimonous oxide is unnecessary. No heavy metal.

    4. After baking for 300hoursat 70-80, the PP flame retardant produced with FR-NPB-H001, has excellent performance of resisting

    plate-out, mobility, light and heat.

    5. Meets the requirement of IEC60695-2-13 GWIT 775(3.0mm) and IEC60695-2-12 GWFI 960(3.0mm).

    6. The PP flame retardant produced with FR-NPB-C001 can meet the requirement of RoHS and REACH.

    . Notes

    1. Avoid Calcium Carbonate filler, which can interfere flame retarding feature.

    2. Accurate temperature control is required to avoid local overheating and causing volatilization in advance. Suggested

    processing temperature: 170-170-170-170-180-180-180- 180

    3. A little polypropylene powder is suggested as additive for uniform mixing and dispersing.

    4.Assembled screw elements should use weak shear to avoiding degrading of material.
